Using Rainbow Paw

  • Creating an account allows you to save memorials, manage credits, and invite collaborators. You must keep your credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use.

Accounts and community conduct

  • Only upload content that you own or have permission to share, and respect the privacy of other memorial contributors.
  • Do not post content that is unlawful, discriminatory, or harmful. We may remove content or suspend access that violates these expectations.

Credits, payments, and refunds

  • Peg Photo Studio credits and other paid features are handled through Stripe Checkout. Pricing details appear before you confirm a purchase.
  • Credits are non-transferable and generally non-refundable. Contact us if you experience billing errors or believe a charge was made in error.

Content ownership and usage

  • You retain ownership of memorial stories, media uploads, and other content you contribute. Grant Rainbow Paw a license to display and share this content as needed to operate the service.
  • We may feature anonymized memorial insights or usage trends to improve the platform, but we do not sell personal stories or contact details.

AI-generated experiences

  • AI tools help shape memorial copy, letter replies, and visual enhancements. Generated content may require review for accuracy or emotional suitability.
  • You are responsible for evaluating generated results before sharing them publicly or with loved ones.

Availability, disclaimers, and liabilities

  • Rainbow Paw aims for consistent uptime but may occasionally schedule maintenance or experience disruptions.
  • The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect losses or emotional distress arising from service interruptions or generated content.
